Each year, we take full advantage of the holiday season and prepare our Holiday Pairing Feast, an elaborate six-course meal complete with recipes and Ridge pairings. You can access the recipes online or purchase the Feast Gift Pack which includes all of the wines and printed recipes in a beautiful Ridge branded wood box. The pack provides everything an experienced or aspiring chef will need to execute this memorable meal.
The first course of this year’s Holiday Feast is a potato vichyssoise with spiced shrimp and nettle pesto. This fun, spicy twist on the classic soup is the perfect start to a holiday meal.
The wine selected to kick off this six-course meal is our 2014 Estate Chardonnay. Sourced from the 20 acres we have planted at our Monte Bello Vineyard; the 2014 Estate Chardonnay has incredible balance and richness with beautiful fruit definition.
