Gwyneth Paltrow, Wine, & Ridge -or- Goop, A Burger, & Ridge Zinfandel!

Not sure I need to say too much more really. When you’ve got Gwyneth, Goop (her blog), Burgers, and some Ridge Zinfandel, it sort of feels like the post writes itself. Just take a little of:

  1. Nervo and a “Napoleon” holding a thick slice of beefsteak tomato, a slice of Gorgonzola (or your favorite blue from anywhere), and a little thinly sliced red onion. Drizzle with a nice fruity olive oil, sprinkle with chopped basil and cracked black pepper.
