Wine “Country?”

I read a great deal about the wine industry. Kind of comes with the territory.

Today, I was reading about music; specifically, the music people play at wine events, and/or in wine tasting rooms.

What did I discover?

A great deal of country music.

A pretty wide swath of it, actually.

Johnny Cash & Loretta Lynn were mentioned. Sugarland was mentioned.

Country music.

Surprised?

Maybe not.

I was.

Didn’t really see that coming.

That said, not a thing wrong with it. Just didn’t see it coming.

When you go wine tasting, what do you like to hear?

Personally, I’ll take Miles Davis. But I dig Townes Van Zandt too.

  1. The Black Keys. Cope. Bob Marley (at Lytton Springs last time as a matter of fact!).
