Well ………..
Not last night, but Monday, I had a confit of duck with a 2007 Lytton Springs; my wife had a fish platter served with a 2007 Ridge Chardonnay. In the next room was a certain Mr Paul Draper …….. It was the big Wine Society tasting, here in London. We tasted 11 Ridge wines, including the wine of the night, the 2007Geyserville Essence. What a shame we are denied the pleasure of a few – it is only available in the US.
